I am very pleased with the entire J&J family.  From the office staff, to the showroom staff, to the men who installed my new furnace, everyone was helpful, courteous and professional.  The two men who installed the furnace were a pleasure to have in my home.  They were friendly, professional and obviously well trained and highly skilled.  This is my second furnace from J&J and if I ever need another, I will definitely come back.  Thank you all for another “Job well done!”

Everyone was very helpful and courteous – Nick in helping make the decision to have a new furnace, Mr. Nichols in patiently arriving at a date for installation, and Mr. Whitman who worked in a very limited area without complaining, and did additional plumbing work.  Dealing with J&J went very smoothly and I’m very satisfied.

You (J&J) have been servicing my furnace in Endwell for many years.  I have always been treated courteously.  This whole ordeal started out with my usual furnace cleaning.  The young man arrived right on schedule and I believe maybe even 10 minutes early.  He cleaned the 1st furnace and was a little concerned about the carbon monoxide reading, but he felt the furnace would last the winter.  He proceeded to go next door.  He found a hole in the heat exchanger about the size of a nickel, which he did show me.  He said the furnace would have to be replaced.  I asked for a price and he called the office, I forget what I was quoted, but then asked what it would cost to replace both furnaces.  I was quoted a better deal for doing both.  I asked when can you do them.  I was told Friday for one and Monday for the other.  Early Friday morning, well before the time of the 9:00AM appt. I received a call and was asked would it be OK to do both furnaces on Monday, as they were not in stock.  I said not a problem, and was very appreciative for the call.   I want to state one more thing: The young man who came out to clean the furnace helped me explain to my sister why she should keep her carbon monoxide detector plugged in, as she had it disconnected.  He was very informative.  He was courteous, polite and very thorough with his inspection.  The one thing I look for when doing business with some one is honesty, and I found your company and employees are fine examples of being honest and they all should be commended for doing such a fine job.  I thank you very much for all you have done, would recommend you highly, and look forward to doing business with you in the future!
